Kwongson Foods and Trading Ltd began in a small garage located in Mangere Bridge, Auckland. It was founded by Mr YuanBo Zhong and San Mei Zhu alongside their son and current Managing Director Henry Zhong.

The Big Three began producing quality noodles and pastries for the Food Service market. San Mei created the recipes and products alongside her daughter Linda, Yuanbo serviced and maintained the machinery and Henry distributed all of the products made.

The garage soon became too small and in 1997 and we moved to a purpose built manufacturing facility. During this time there were 6 new additions to the family which left the newly grandparents to juggle between work and baby sitting.

Today the Kwongson family produces and distributes a range of creative food solutions for all areas of the food industry.
